That feature has been integrated for years already, that's the 2FA where you can put the code, I'm using Authy for my 2FA and everytime I logged in, I have to put the code generated by the app.

maybe you guys are not aware with it  . thats actually the other terms used for describing otp or 2fa  .  on other sites that i used they also have it and they exactly write like that ( "one time password" ) aside from the password itself  .  referring on the pic above i see that it says optional  . optional means  its okay to not fill it right ?  so you should still be able to login succesfully  or not unless if you enabled the 2fa feature on your account  so that should be really needed for login  .

I still like Nitrogen but in my opinion it needs to cope up with most top betting sites. In other sites you win a bet it will automatically credit to your account. I used maybe 5 betting sites before and Nitrogen is the only site that you need to wait for hours for your bets and innings. Because some bettors will use their balances right away after a game. I hope this gets addressed soon.

Is changing phones for Authenticator purposes isn't really working?

I want to remove my 2FA on my old phone linked to Nitrogensports because I want to transfer it on my new phone. That old phone of mine is just stuck and idle at our home so kind of hassle for me to bring it always. That phone also has the 2FA access to other site/exchanges on which I already successfully removed.

Now back with Nitrogensports, I able to remove the 2FA. However, it's not accepting my new phone. No codes were received during the process. I contacted the support but they told me the basic things to do on which I already did. Since 2FA is mandatory for withdrawals, I have no choice left but to access my old phone again and the process of re-linking goes smoothly.

I don't know what's the problem so I'm asking if it's really possible to change the phone for 2FA? Because if yes, I can now conclude that the problem is on my phone and I just need to figure it out.

I noticed this too when I was using their site for epsports.
I have moved on since then and thank god I did now they get graded within sufficient time to be able to play another bet on some other game once the esports matches are over.
