Hello, yesterday I tried nitrogensports because the book I was previously with turned out to be just bad, especially the customer service. That being said, how long does it usually take you guys at nitrogensports to answer a support request? (it's only questions, no errors or anything, I sent you the mail yesterday around 13:00 CET)

Yesterday I was betting on Team Liquid vs WWD. There were 2 games to be played between these teams (Map 1 and Map 2).

I could bet on the winner of Map 1 and on the Winner of Map 2 separately, but when I tried to create a parlay bet on both matches, it said it wasn't possible because there is the same team involved in both matches.
Why wasn't it possible to create a parlay in this case?

It is like betting on the first & second half of a football game; The results are correlated.

well, nothing carries over from game 1 to game 2 to they are not related at all. It was 2 games. One gets finished, then there is the next one. Also, the error message said it was because the same team was involved in both bets, it didn't say something about how the games are related. =/

However, the results for the first game could effect how the second game is played.

Sounds right, I didn't think about that. However, why should that not allow a parlay when placed in advance? I can't know the outcome of game 1 before I place my bet.

It's definitely a good idea. It is something we are planning in the long term - at least for major sports.

We do have a few things we need to get released first (like live bets) that we are working on.

Great site, they grade everything super fast; And nice friendly customer service, that even does trivia in chat. Way better odds than Bitbook/Anonnibet too. I only ever had one issue, with an obscure Ping Pong match, that was handled within minutes after filing a support claim. They have lines for everything!
