They have no address, no phone number, even their license which is supposed to be in costa rica is not regulated anywhere.
So what do you tell a court/lawyer?
I want to sue this homepage where nobody knows which person even runs this site?

Maybe this WOULD be possible with a euro bookie but with a costa rica scam book like this, no chance.
I dont know why you would even write something like this, its total nonsense.

How often do I have to say that I did nothing wrong. Even if I did something wrong, is that worth around 900$ which they stole?
Since my affiliates last review end of january where it came out empty and I have to say it AGAIN, MY ACCOUT AT THAT TIME EXISTED FOR MONTHS ALREADY.
So since then I have made around 20-30 deposits. If my account was a multi they must have knows it because they checked my affiliates account. But still they let me deposit at least 20 more times? Does that make any sense?

Why does nobody here say something about this? All you say is that I would have done something wrong, which is not true.
Why defend this scam book wile I show all the things that make no sense and how they treat me like shit.

I have no words for some people like you. Read and understand all the facts instead of saying some nonsense like "you would have sued them long ago", no court system EVER can and would pursue something like this.They operate in a grey area with a shady license. And even if, this would take years and a lot of money to invest first.

Like I said, they did not contact them to resolve this, they did it because of my thread at sbr forum and I bet they wanted it deleted.
I contacted sbr MYSELF 3 weeks ago, no reply. They dont care about this matter, maybe money too small. Wrote 4 or 5 emails to sbr if they handle my case, not 1 reply. This was the first time that I got the info that nitro contacted sbr. After 3 weeks I read this here, not on nitro ticket system (where I am blocked), not via email (where they blocked me as well). In a public forum.
Nitro has no right to share my info with this site without asking me first if its ok. I would have agreed of course as I need a solution for this and I want my money but finding a solution is not in nitros interest, thats why they cut all communication with me after their message on march 30th saying "no further comment". Now they keep lying here.
Also, their messge to sbr must have been also 2-3 weeks ago, I cant imagine this would take that long.
They also never replied to my scam accusation threat in the scam section and now get tagged and flagged (whatever that means).

Also they have a big forum (where I shared my case 3 weeks ago and Nitro only contacted sbr to delete those threads, not finding a solution).
Also SBR has a helpdesk where you can file a complaint about a bookie and they can help. Around 5 years ago they helped me with a dispute with betfair. Took 2-3 days. This support is for CUSTOMERS, NOT FOR SPORTSBOOKS. So Nitro contacting them on their own without my consent also also what they posted here makes no sense, just like the rest of the story.

I had withdrawals gone through as well and an ok experience for 4 months.

I was polite very long, trust me. If you would get a message that says, "blabla, multi, we seize your money, no further communication" you would not be angry? They ignore EVERY message since then, not 1 reply.

From my side, there is not more to it. I followed all the rules . I made like 50 deposits and around 10 withdrawals without problems and out of the sky these accusations. And all that suddenly because I stopped betting and finally got out of the minus a little bit.
I explained everything already, not repeating myself again. If you dont believe it, I dont care. I know the truth. I believe you didnt even read the full story but its ok, good bye.

There are quite a lot of stories like mine out there on reddit and so on. For me it also makes no sense, especially because I made nitro good money because of the high poker rake at that site. Generated rake worth medium 4 digits every month.

First of all you do not really need anything of that sorts to sue someone, you can sue them in European courts and that covers almost half of the world, plus add in USA and you are basically letting them only live in Asia with that (or Latin America).

If you sue the website itself, the courts will ask them to come forward, and if they don't they will be found guilty by proxy for not even coming to court for the progress, which means if their owner or whoever is responsible for the website is living there would have hard time and the whole law enforcement will put on a warrant for their arrest until they come out.

Basically you are making them force their hands to come out or just be considered an illegal casino that can't exist in the eyes of the law in EU and USA if you do that. However once again, you CAN'T because you have zero chance of winning, you can keep saying whatever you want, your words hold zero value since your actions are more clear, you can tell nitrogen or to me anything you want, that will not change anything for anyone at all.

The only reason why people keep supporting this place over what you say is the fact that people have been here since 2013 and didn't had a single problem, so why believe a new person who just came out and basically did something against the rules, and not support nitrogen where they have been playing since 2013 without a problem just because they reacted late to what you did wrong.

That is one of the reasons why people are having a trouble believing your story, the lack of other part of the coin that we are not seeing that doesn't fill the holes all that much. Put yourself in our shoes, there is a company that has made MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in the past 7 years by being legit, they have always made a profit and honestly it is obvious that between all the games they are offering and the reputation they have, we are talking about tens of bitcoins profit per day for them as well. And here we are, a person is saying us, an amount that is lower than nitros one day profits was scammed from him by nitro, and you expect us to think there is absolutely NOTHING else that we are not seeing about it, whatever you are telling us is the only thing we could know and no funny business goes on.

You do realize that first thing everyone thinks will be "why would nitro, a place that makes more profit per day than this amount, scam this much money?" right?

Some of you can defend them all you want, I found enough people who also thing Nitros actions are very shady.

A clean operating book would never treat a customer like that. Sending a message and totally cut communication without explanation and opportunity to defend myself. Then sharing my information with a 3rd party without telling me or asking if thats ok, not to find a solution but to delete I threat about them at their site.

And more and more and more things they did that dont make sense. They dont even really reply here. I answered everything.

I made a post on reddit as well. There was some guy who was fighting me over it claiming he made 72000$ withdrawal 1 year ago and I definitly did something wrong becuase he never had a problem.
Yesterday he wrote "forget what I said, they just screwed me".

Keep playing there if you trust them, you will see whats coming at some point.

I see,,, thank you for taking the time to reply to me. I will be making a mental note of this for future. It seems a bit unfortunate that this is not more widely known, and if they helped you for a big casino like Betfair, then they must be quite helpful and useful.

To be honest, I think sbr is widely known . SBR did not delete the threads. I dont know if they are busy ir simply dont care as my "damage" is not so high but they never replied to any of my mails or confirmed to help me. So I dont really expect an answer, just like Nitro. But its not sbrs responsibility, nitro just uses them as an excuse in my opinion.  Maybe sbr support are also sick of nitro and cant hear all the complaints anymore,haha. Who knows.
