The game that was graded as a loss had both players playing twice. At 1:30 and 2:10 (https://imgur.com/a/Ta4XhlO) as you can clearly see on my betslip, I bet on the 2;00 game. The 2:00 game got cancelled and they graded it based on the 1:30 game. They?re reasoning was this (https://imgur.com/a/C6JIgcy ) basically saying I ?bet on the first scheduled game?...which means what? That they completely disregard the times that they provide and get to pick and choose what games to grade. This isn?t a situation of a game getting moved up in time. It?s that they had two different games scheduled and i clearly bet the second. Time of matches are a big component when betting and for the book to disregard the time and pick and choose which game is associated with my bet is completely unethical.

They keep saying that the game got moved up and they were scheduled for two games but because the first game happened, the second got cancelled. Nitro is saying that since they didn?t play the second game, the first game (the one they played earlier) is the result they use for the grade


I’ve been at nitro for 3 years or more now, never had 1 issue and always defended them. But this to me was extremely wrong and unethical. They’ve gotten worse over the last few months and a lot of old players have left. Their grading has gone to shit and support isn’t as great as it use to be as well. So this here was something I couldn’t be ok with and have to move on. Hopefully others see this and hopefully SBR rules in my favor.

I am really surprised to read that people continue playing on this site after so many complaints. There is also a red card on this bookmaker, that should raise enough flags.

Also part of what I’m noticing is a trend...they take hours and hours to grade something and they’ve been grading winners as void and some games that should be voided as losers. It’s starting to feel like they look to see how much they’ll win/lose before they decide what to grade it.

Like I said, 3 years I’ve been here and what’s going on with the book now is a huge red flag. It’s gotten worse and worse as time has gone on.

Maybe it is because they are losing money from Covid-19 and need to steal form its players.

About your games, normally they never play twice , especially not within 30 minutes. Did nitro have odds for both games? As you can see in your picture a lot of games have been "cancelled" so I think the whole schedule was messed up and thats where the confusion is coming from. Those games are small tournaments so this happens.

Quite interesting to see, maybe this is a prime example of showing how the trust system could be abused in bitcointalk as well, I mean we are talking about only a handful of people putting the trust rating to test and global moderator shows up to warn people not to play here and the topic is not flagged as well as the account.

I mean this is the same place that has been running properly for over 7 years now and people are still playing there, there is no substantial proof of them stealing anyone's money, only confiscate it whenever they think there is a rule breach and even with that in mind they usually pay it back. I doubt nitro will do anything extra just because there is a flag going on, I think they are already rich enough with all of the thousands of people like me who play here without a problem, none of us would really care about this issue at all.

About the situation above, I think there is something wrong. Here https://www.flashscore.com/table-tennis/ , was never a 2nd game scheduled.
Also when you check the history of the players they NEVER had back to back games against the same guy. What sense would it make to play the same person within 30 minutes? None. There was no 2nd game scheduled. This must have been a mistake by the website you refer to.
Your only chance is to find proof that Nitro actually offered 2 lines for 2 games. If they only offered lines for 1 game I think there is nothing they will do.

As I suspected, nitrogen did their due diligence and they have decided that the player is entitled for their funds and reinstated it, not like they are expecting them to continue playing here, they know that the moment they give the player their money back, the player will withdraw it and go somewhere else, yet they have done it anyway because they did checked back and forth and they even shared with a third party and when the result cleared the player they give it back.

This is basically another huge proof that nitrogen never really does anything shady, this is a company that makes 10x this amount in profits per day (well not anymore I assume with games being cancelled but usually) so I doubt it would have been a problem anyway. Kudos to them for doing it the right way.
