Does someone here (preferably nitrogen officials) want to explain to me this new god awful rollover requirement?

If you deposit 0.01 BTC, bet for 0.01BTC and then win you are not allowed to withdraw because there is a rollover on the entire deposit (even though you bet the entire deposit).

Am I missing something here or are these new rules just botched?

Hi! Can you PM me your Nitro ID so we can investigate further?

The 1x rollover rule, to clarify, players need to completely rollover the deposited amount before being able to withdraw. If player deposits $100 and bets it all, winning $50, the player still needs to play the $50 before being able to withdraw.

Please let us know if you need further clarification.

About the rollover, this is the biggest nonsense I have ever heared.
According to your logic if a player bets and always wins that would mean he can NEVER withdraw all his winnings.

Also, I have deposited lets say 1000$ and played the whole 1000$ on 1 game on lets say 1,8 odds. Withdrew 1800$ without any problem several times.
Rollover rules (aside from bonus) are always counted towards deposits, nothing else.

Your rules clearly say the DEPOSIT has to be wagered, not future winnings.

"After a deposit, significant action (one-time rollover) is required in order to proceed with withdrawals. All users are required to make a first-time deposit and provide significant action (one-time rollover on funds) before being able to withdraw any winnings from poker free rolls, contests, and free bets. Accounts that fail to provide significant action on any given deposit may be subject to an internal processing fee (5% of the original deposit amount). "

Under part 5 of the rules its even more clear:

"Minimum Action
Users hereby agree that all deposits will be initiated with the sole intention of providing action on any of our services (sportsbook, casino and/or poker). Therefore, all deposits carry a one-time (1X) rollover requirement before users can withdraw (full or partial deposit amount). Funds that do no complete minimum action cannot be withdrawn."

Now think about your reply before you post it nitrogen person.

I really don't understand this explanation. What exactly does 'rollover' mean to you?
If I deposit any amount and bet the full amount, why does it matter how much I won?

You dont undestand it because its absolute bogus, just like I explained.
If you win like 5 in a row after depositing you would never be able to withdraw it all, according to him.
You could only withdraw all the money if you lose at least 1 bet.

Do the math.

what horseshit is this ?

So if you bet that 50$ to win 50$ ,  u need to rollover the new 50$

In that case your rollover is never completed until you lose and you have nothing left to rollover

so essentially players cant withdraw winnings, ever ?
what the fuck nitrogen ?

Sometimes applying rollover rules on bonus money is acceptable, if the bonus amount is too large. But really, I can't understand the reason for applying rollover rules over my "deposited money and winning odds money"! Huh You are not supposed to have any right over the money I have deposited.

I strongly condemn this rule, You should highlight such kind of nonsense rules on your front page.

Slowly I believe this NS employee does not know how to make his job.

The blog you posted is regarding rollover of BONUS MONEY!! Read it yourself. Your rules clearly state 1x rollover, nothing more nothing less. read the rules yourself instead of feeding us such idiotic stuff about bonus money.

WTF is wrong with you?

Rollover is ALWAYS in the deposit, NEVER on the winning.

Make this clear already!!

Like the man said. I didn't ask for blog posts regarding bonuses and other nonsense...
I asked for clarification of your response where you explicitly refer to deposit and rollover requirements.

The 1x rollover rule, to clarify, players need to completely rollover the deposited amount before being able to withdraw. If player deposits $100 and bets it all, winning $50, the player still needs to play the $50 before being able to withdraw.

Obviously your definition of '1x rollover requirement' is different from ours. Please explain this.

Please let us know if you need further clarification.

Yes, I need further clarification.

lol, this is classic tactic of keeping rules vague so people deposit on their site and then theyre fucked

the 'guide' they linked here , just says what a rollover is, no mention of the rules nitrogensports actually follow.

what a shitshow of a site,

What exactly does this rollover mean because if you deposit $100 and risk $100, it seems to me the whole deposit has been rolled over.

In your example, if you deposit $100 and bet $100 to win $50, you say you still have to play the $50 before being able to withdraw.  So if you bet $50 to win $10, has the entire amount now been rolled over? Because based on your explanation, I would think that the entire about again has been rolled over.

Or are you trying to say that you have to WIN $100 off the $100 deposit before it is completely rolled over?

Another example, if you deposit $100 and bet $100 to win $110 dollars and win, has the entire amount been rolled over? Or do you somehow still have to make more bets to be able to withdraw?

In the last example if you win your $100 bet then you still have to rollover the winnings($110) after that you're free to request a withdraw.

Basically the winnings from your deposit increases the amount that you have to rollover.

Both their support, representative here and chat admins said that you need to also rollover whatever amount you win from your deposit, which are the worst terms I've seen any bookie enforce.

Trust me, this rule does not exist. Countless times (also in the last days/weeks) I deposit, make 1 bet, win and withdraw everything.

Like I said before.
If you keep winning and never lose you would never be able to withdraw 100% of funds in your account if that model would be true. You would always have new money that would have to be rolled over. Makes no sense.

Also like I said several times before, in their rules they ONLY speak about a 1x rollover for the deposit, no word about winnings.
Check the rules yourself. The support would tell you everything to make you wager more money, even if its not true.

Also like I said several times before, in their rules they ONLY speak about a 1x rollover for the deposit, no word about winnings.
Check the rules yourself. The support would tell you everything to make you wager more money, even if its not true.

I'm very aware of the rules, I read over them and pointed to them when talking to their support. Doesn't change the fact that they proceed to tell me I'm wrong and freezing my ability to withdraw while telling me I have to meet these requirements or lose all my funds..

The rules are in their terms and posted by me the page before. Required rollover is 1x to be able to withdraw. Nothing else.

Please make a screenshot of their reply.
Like I said, countless deposits and withdrawals after 1 bet, no problem.
Also, try to speak to Nick or Vincent, some of the higher CS managers. Some CS really have no clue what they are talking about.

I gotta say that requiring any rollover on straight non-comped deposits is pretty trash. If you were bonusing up deposits and requiring a a rollover before you could withdraw, that's pretty standard. But sports gambling is legal in more and more states in the US and I honestly don't know why anyone would put up with conditions on normal deposits like this anymore. The competitive advantage of gambling in btc is all but disappeared, and then they go and have unfriendly terms like this.  I've been a customer of nitrogen for 4 years, maybe longer. I won't deposit again under these rules and frankly I'm a little concerned about what arbitrary nonsense they're gonna pull when I try to withdraw my current balance.

These rules are very scammy and predatory

This is not the NitrogenSports of old. No other book has similar rules

I fear they are close to going under and are trying to squeeze people as much as they can

I have raised a tag against them, no one should be playing on this site anymore, if they value their money
