What does NS do instead of replying to this problem/feedback? Promoting some bs nitro squares.
And before you say, we addressed this buy posting
https://blog.nitrogensports.eu/sports/how-rollovers-work/ . No this is no explanation as this blog addresses how to rollover BONUS money.
Explain how this rule would ever stand? Deposit 100 and the have to rollover EVERY win? So if the player does not lose he can NEVER withdraw ALL OF HIS WINNINGS? Do the math, thats exactly what you say.
Best support in the world. Good luck losing more and more players.
PS: 3 year customer here and I have withdrawn all my money now until this is resolved.
To clarify, players only need to play the remaining win not every win. The bottom line, players need to complete a full rollover of the deposited amount before being able to withdraw. Hopefully this clarifies your concerns.

And yet again nonsense. Where is a clarification?
Rule 4:
Account withdrawals
After a deposit, significant action (one-time rollover) is required in order to proceed with withdrawals.
Rule 5:
Minimum Action
Users hereby agree that all deposits will be initiated with the sole intention of providing action on any of our services (sportsbook, casino and/or poker). Therefore, all deposits carry a one-time (1X) rollover requirement before users can withdraw (full or partial deposit amount). Funds that do no complete minimum action cannot be withdrawn.
ALL DEPOSITS CARRY A 1-TIME ROLLOVER..... !!! DEPOSITS, not funds or winnings.
What you are talking about is bonus money rollover. Also stated in rule 4.
"All users are required to make a first-time deposit and provide significant action (one-time rollover on funds) before being able to withdraw any winnings from poker free rolls, contests, and free bets. "
Is it so hard to 1 time explain something right??
