Hey Nitrogen, is it normal that you limit the accounts after some winnings ??

Have heard a lot of similar stories related to Nitrogen Sports. This is the case with almost all sportsbooks except for the minority like Pinnacle, betting exchanges like Fairlay, Betfair, Smarkets etc. This is how these books stay in business in the long-term.
Crypto sportsbooks are no exception. If you win a lot, they will limit you based on my experience.

So what do they say? I have been through this as well. After 6 weeks I got my money but only because the community here helped. After 1 week they blocked my emails and said via support ticket they wont reply anymore. Terrible terrible customer support.

Used NS for few years and dislike the "new" user interface, I get an error when placing bets at a rate of almost 30% in live bets with no odd changes nor a clear reason why, some of these even happen during breaks. I'm using chrome latest & it always looks glitchy with icons popping up everywhere.

Old design was easier to navigate through and more user friendly.

Usually he is very active in the forum. Maybe we could wait for his reply.

Although I agree it would have been better if they solved it directly without the forum as intermediate.

Maybe the KYC delays the procedure and withdrawal?

Hey Nitro can you review your rake structure for poker,  its currently one of the highest you can find with the current btc valuation. nl10 wich is like nl500$ has a 3bb cap, thats 15$, absurdly high for a mid stakes game comboed with a fairly low rakeback where you lose your level each month.

in comparison the highest rake i know of other than nitro is ggpoker and the cap at nl500 is 8$.
to add to that your rakeback starts at like 10% while ggpoker(one of the worst in the business) starts at 15% but you get a year to try and hit the higher levels(up to 60%)

its hard to recruit or convince others to come play on nitro at these levels.

Edit: i have played on your site for years, and you used to have one of the lower rakes around, but as btc value has gone up you have not adjusted your rake enough to the rest of the marketplace. last time you changed in 2018 the btc was around 5k, now at 50k the rake has yet to be adjusted.

The ONLY good thing are the daily/weekly vip freerolls but with the btc price now its very hard to get those points.

Also, there are a lot of bots and house players so I can advise nobody to play poker at nitro. You are destined to lose.

you are clearly new to btc, when playing 5/10 on nitro didnt mean you are playing nl50k$  but actually 5/10$ or less it was very competative rake wise, pre 2018 basically. its been high for a while now though...

Thanks for taking a look at it, I should have noted this was regarding cash games rake, i haven't looked at tourney rake.
The biggest issue is 2 regulars that might normally try start a game now basically cant because the rake is so high both players will loose a lot to the rake.
so the player liquidity has gotten pretty bad, basically just people waiting for whales joining, no regulars can afford playing each other or start a game at this rake+rakeback

That's a High obligatory deposit in our time now as Bitcoin value totally increased so high , Imagine that is equivalent to more than 250$ ? just to get your winning from their contest?

though you can still withdraw that deposit yet obliging regular players to deposit first is i believe unethical way of treating Good players.
