I have used Nitrogensports for a few weeks now and I love the customer support and the fact that they say "Our policy is that you will be paid out here more, than anywhere else on the internet for your bitcoin wager." And checked that and they really pay out the most for bitcoin wagers. However, I got one more question:

Will you stay true to this statement even if pinnaclesports decides to add bitcoin as a payment method?


Oh and I also love that you don't need to give them any info about yourself. You don't even have to add an e-mail address to your account.

The only downside with nitrogen is that the limits are quite low initially, but you can always open a ticket and they will increase the limits.

I have created a support ticked a while ago about an issue and got the answer that a dev will look into it to fix it.
Today I asked again if there is an ETA and I got a completely different answer saying everything was working as intended and nothing will be changed. The argument for that was weird and I couldn't follow the logic at all.
I answered again with how I don't understand the logic and the argument and that I had another reply saying the complete opposite just a few days ago.

I don't know who is in your support team etc, but as I requested in my latest answer regarding the matter, I hope someone in charge can look over it and clarify what happened there, since there is no way for me to know which approach nitrogensports it taking regarding the issue as there have been 2 completely different answers.

I hope this gets sorted out

We will always try to maintain our low juice, no matter which books (existing or new) enter the marketplace. We have several ongoing projects at the moment which may even further reduce our juice for our members. (They are still a little bit away from being released, but we'll announce on our website and here when they are).

We might add some e-sports props for large tournaments in the future, but not until some other things on our product roadmap have been completed and released first.
