Give them some time to deal with the information and the situation. I think the site also has KYC procedures, which can take some time. All you can do is wait patiently. I am confident it will be resolved satisfactorily. OP may also be able to shed some light on this issue. As long as you haven't violated any terms, don't worry to much about it.

It's not about verification or KYC. I wasn't talking about government ID, I was talking bout account ID.

Nitro support as well as the clown handling their bitcointalk account are just fools/scammers.

They dont care and wont refund you, even though you are clearlyin the right in this matter.

Look at their site, it looks like 2011, no way to see old bets, only 1 currency, poker is full with bots and house accounts, slow support and a lot of complaints here/on reddit/trustpilot, and so on.

People should just stay away from this place.

Just open a scam accusation. I am a professional poker player and I know how it feels. They did the same thing with me at their sister site (nitrobetting),  Although I got my winnings after complaining here I never went there not for even freerolls.

Unfortunately, that's how they usually handle things when it comes to promotions with new users, they require at least a deposit and clear the 1x deposit rollover to withdraw the entire balance.

You need to be a regular player or follow what they've mentioned as it's the only way to get your poker winnings. This is also mentioned on their FAQs page.

The roll over will vary by company but the first time deposit thing I've seen often, apparently because its related to security.   One time roll over is unfortunate if you thought it was a completely simple offer but obviously the company is trying to gain customers and valid revenue so its not too surprising its a thing and one time is relatively light compared to some places.    One time I had a free offer which of course is very generous but it was something like 20 or 40 times roll over before I was allowed to actually use the money off site, somehow I managed that so cant complain about any offer but hopefully it is stated and known before people invest their time and make assumptions about the time frame they will be allowed to spend not just gamble the winnings.
     Because its so common somebody should know the best route specifically to get through your roll over with the most even odds, least hassle.
