This is a complete joke. Also, one of the admins promised to compensate loyal users (last week) for sticking around through these massive inconveniences..........and still nothing!

We definitely understand your frustration. Unfortunately we don't have an ETA yet. As you know, you're always our first priority, and we take customer service incredibly seriously. We know that this has been a rough week. Oxygen did mention earlier that loyal users who were affected by the outage last weekend would be compensated.

We'll continue to be available here and on Twitter, and will absolutely keep you updated.

Thanks for your feedback; it actually looks like several fiat books as well as our hosting service are down today as well. This doesn't seem to be an isolated issue, but we're definitely doing everything we can to get up and running as soon as possible!
