We definitely understand that some of our users are still having difficulty accessing the site, and that this has been incredibly frustrating. As we mentioned, the major internet service provider in Costa Rica was down for the majority of the day. We aren't the only business to be affected, and while we're doing our best, this is a situation that isn't completely within our power to resolve. The majority of our users do have access again, and I can assure you that we'll continue working towards a resolution until the site is fully functional for all of our bettors. Customer service has always been a priority for us at Nitrogen Sports, and I can honestly say that we won't be happy until you are.

Our priority is rectifying this situation; at that point, we will absolutely discuss the compensation that Oxygen mentioned last week. Thanks for your continued patience!
