Although its not as necessary if you are doing the 24 hour shipping, insurance, and the works, I would still appreciate it if you two had basic contingencies covered, which you don't have to share will me unless they come up. Stuff like, what happens in the case of lost package, if the shipping company has a price guarentee on 1 day shipping and they fail to meet it, and you get the shipping costs refunded, who is entitled to what, what happens if the plane gets caught in the Bermuda triangle and the package is lost and insurance wont pay under some strange clause, etc.

He is SOL nah just kidding. Once the package leaves me with the proper insurance it is between him and the postal people. If he does want a return then he will only get the BTC minus my shipping. Because I am the escrow and the whole point of BTC is that vendors have the security of providing a A+ service. I know there are a bunch of "bad characters" in the BTC world, but trust me the last thing I want to do is wreck my name over some internet monies Sounds like a huge pain in the ass.

If this was my item I would be totally down for a third party, but seeing I am the third party I'm not going to go to a fourth. Especially with someone who could miss click and lose me a few BTC!

Thanks, but obviously, John is more trustworthy than myself. He is however really busy at the moment, and not to be arrogant, but I'm perfectly capable to handle reasonable escrow deals. If you are handling hundreds of thousands of dollars, go with John though.

I'm going to go out on a limb, and guess that marco didn't get to the point where you two did agree on escrow, and he was responding to your earlier correspondance when you said no escrow.
