If you are talking about bonus funds, then you must complete rollover requirements first. After you successfully completed rollover, you can withdraw your funds. |

I posted on this forum a while back about account being banned. You said to reply to jetwin support for a answer I've done just that still no reply. What's up with y'all? There was no legitimate reason to ban my account. It's funny I was able to play the whole time through my bonus then on the final bet to complete my rollover requirements I try to log in and you guys conviently and mysteriously block my account with no response as to why???

i have actually cleared a few of the bonuses they have run including the 25 no deposit, all i had to do was verify a phone number, and did not have to send in any documents to withdraw..i am located in the U.S.A, and have not had any issues at all.
of the reasons i have heard of them asking for documents is when there have been issues with people trying to get the promo using multiple accounts.
i have not had anything but a good experience at this site.

Go open a site that does not use bitcoin if you want to run a site in this manner,using bitcoin to prop up a site is shady due to the fact that you know bitcoin is supported for its anonymous aspects.
