One of the miners I ordered has been "Fulfilled" for almost 2 weeks. It never arrived, and it is "missing" from my order page (I can see it on one page, but not on another).

I never received a tracking number, and I've tried calling, emailing, posting on their forum... No response.

Anyone know how to get their attention?

And good luck with that.  In my experience they are dismissive and when they do engage in a conversation, it is your fault for not asking them for a tracking number.

How do I get in contact? It seems like every channel of contact I try leads me nowhere. Anyone have email addresses to specific people?

Yes, nobody answers. I emailed every email I know of theirs (RMA and office), posted on forums, called... Hell I ever posted on their Facebook page. There is nobody around.

They only respond to questions about money they haven't collected yet. Once you give them money, they no longer care.

Example: I emailed them about Monarch upgrade and whether or not  I would get credit for FPGA trade-in if I traded up again. Three months later, right before my unit went into production, they emailed asking if I still wanted to do it.

Well I can officially say I got their attention. I got an "order shipped" email early this morning. No apology. No compensation for the stress induced week of nothingness.

For anyone wondering how I got in touch with them, I'm not sure. My advice to you is to spam them as I did:

  • Post a million posts on their message boards (it's VERY laggy, so be patient)
  • Post comments on all their facebook posts (especially on their new announcements like "hey! we're all caught up!"  "If you're all caught up, where's my order?!?!!"
  • Leave a voicemail every day
  • Send them emails with catchy titles. Mine was:  "My order is missing and you haven't responded in over a week"
  • Remember that any justification they give you is no excuse. "This is how the bitcoin industry is...." No, YOU set the standard for all this. There wouldn't be 6 month pre-orders from every company if you didn't pave the way for shitty service!!!!

Pretty sure my emails are what finally got their attention. I really am at a loss for words... I truly expected at the VERY LEAST a free overnight upgrade.

File a chargeback, get your money back if it's not past 45-day limit, then go buy somehting else.

Another method... wait a month for them to respond

Last method, file complaint w/ BBB in kansas, and wait 2 weeks for BFL to reply to you

Well, whatever it takes.  the more actions you do, the better.

I finally got a response, they're supposedly shipping me a replacement unit.

Not possible i think.
I recieved a broken jalapeno-unit and have tried every channel to get in touch with them.

After some weeks i tried to politely question BFLs customerservice on their open forum

What i recieved was a lifetime ban without any specified reason, and that did not help me at all.

Thank god for KNC
