Well, this has taken up enough of our day. Thank you all for your help and support - I think though that I have to accept my loss and move on. I firmly believe that karma will find its way to him one day. He's quite a piece of (crappy) work.
You're a better man than I. I like to hold a grudge  well, maybe what i've lost in $$$$$, i'll gain in karma .... since apparently karma is what this all whirls around! also, keep practicing up on your Bird Law, and eat some milk steak for me. |

his response was that he didn't know what i was talking about because he lived in colorado. which was kind of funny because that response was sent from Boone / Chapel Hill, North Carolina -- and he also mentioned on his fb page about having lived in CO before. so, basically, it is / was the correct person and he plans just to keep on scamming, apparently. |
