A bit of good news from PayPal this morning:
"Your buyer filed a chargeback with their credit card company asking to
reverse the above payment. Although your buyer reversed this payment, we
want to work with the buyer's credit card company to get your money back.
We are using the information you sent us to dispute the reversal."
So even if I never get the money back, at least PayPal is disputing the chargeback on my behalf!

Yes, I understand that. All I meant is that PayPal was initially on his - the buyer's - side, and after they saw the evidence, they fought the chargeback. |
