Try to find the domain on namesilo or namecheap there are accepting Bitcoins and Its easy to use it. Namecheap is the best because they have live support not like namesilo.

We are just lazy to exchange Bitcoin to Paypal, sometimes domains name can get taken in just a few minutes, waiting for your coins to be exchanged to Paypal are not viable in this situation.
Other reasons are to support Bitcoin for mass adoption

Through Google Searches I managed to find Namecheap accepts Bitcoin, used to buy Domains from them using Paypal and it works flawlessly.
I also found PeerName although I never used them personally, you might want to find reviews on Google for peerName.

That is not true, the fees for Bitcoin have decreased a lot lately. This chart shows that the current average fee is about 1.76 USD, it is an average so multiple i/o transactions are included in this calculation.

Name Silo does not sell .om domains either, although the promo code being useful.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Namecheap as well, however they don't have .om domains.
