When you lose most of your money, you should keep a track of your actions and should focus on what you so and how you do. Actually you lose money when you make wrong decisions and that occurs when you do not focus on the market and the latest information.

Anyhow, focus again and have patience for the panic selling always results in loss. Another way is to hold your coins and wait for the market to recover.

I loss my money in crypto more than 50% , and i always thinking what my mistake, and then i know my mistake is greedy and FOMO, so later i will not doing the same mistake again. I should be have diversify risk and also learn price action of others asset cause crypto too high volatility.

When i was a beginner in trading i am really losing a lot of money but all the i money i lose is motivate me to practice everyday and after i lose my money i promise to myself to be an expert trader next time so i wil not lose my money anymore.
