Transactions can optionally carry transaction fees. Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get the fee. The Bitcoin client will sometimes force you to pay a fee when it thinks that no miner will accept your transaction otherwise.

You might need to do that in a few steps.

1.) You probably can find someone willing to trade your moneypak for MTGUSD on Mt. Gox.  You might even get 1:1.

2.) You then can create a MTGUSD voucher code and use that at AurumExchagne to purchase LRUSD.  That incurs a 2% fee.

3.) Once you have LRUSD. there are multiple exchanges where that LR USD can purchase Pecunix.

 - WM-Center
 - Lilion Transfer
 - Nanaimo Gold

That is the step where the largest convert rate loss is incurred.

Occasionally, there are individuals trading Pecunix on the #bitcoin-otc marketplace, but currently there are no offers advertised in the #bitcoin-otc's orderbook.

[Update: http://BitcoinBux.com sells Pecunix as well.]
