You might need to do that in a few steps.
1.) You probably can find someone willing to trade your moneypak for MTGUSD on Mt. Gox. You might even get 1:1.
2.) You then can create a MTGUSD voucher code and use that at AurumExchagne to purchase LRUSD. That incurs a 2% fee.
3.) Once you have LRUSD. there are multiple exchanges where that LR USD can purchase Pecunix.
