There is no new roadmap for this project now since it is already reached its desired target a long time ago as an alternative cryptocurrency and as a meme coin.
The only thing that they are doing is improving the current system based on discussion or suggestions from the community.

You don't need a roadmap for this project when Elon Musk is interested in it. No roadmap can increase popularity of this project as tweets from Elon Musk alone can be too much helpful for this project growth and success. I must say that I was one who thought that Doge was just a pump and dump coin and to be honest it basically was but now we are seeing a lot of support for Doge and more big names talking about it which is helping support the price so my mind set has changed for Doge and I do think that it can become a cryptocurrency that is mass adopted in the future as we are starting to see this now. I'm glad that I did hold onto all my Doge that I claimed from faucets over the years lol Many said it was a waste of time but not now. I do wish I still had the 1+ million Doge but I did sell and gamble a lot of it over the years but still have a nice amount which I now earn interest on from StakeCube.

And he still continues to do so, creating a song today about NFT and selling it as NFT for 420 million DOGE, while stating that, in his opinion, this is not entirely correct.

There are allegations but non proven that he manipulated Dogecoin prices by mentioning it in his tweets but I see nothing wrong with his tweets.

There is no proof he personally profited from tweeting about either Dogecoin or Bitcoin so he did not really do anything wrong.
