So there would be a new mandatory 1.8 wallet. The new wallet is in beta testing at the moment. (only for enthusiasts and bug hunters)

Anybody have a strong feeling doge and LTC are about to be added as real currencies to Coinbase and BitPay?
That would take LTC to $100 and doge to over 1,000 Satoshi.
Let's rock!

(only for enthusiasts and bug hunters) Thanks and does that mean that present dogecoins will be transferred over or a Hardfork as in a re-minting of all coins. Think I answered my own question but its dogecoins are the rewards for mining with the new script. Can you please provide a linkie to what auxPoW is about? Thank you.
Got a bit curious myself so here is a link http://www.reddit.com/r/dogecoin/comments/2ci90m/dogecoin_to_enable_auxpow_soon_all_infos_inside/

hahaha! ninjamined? 3 months POW where everyone could mine, good luck with dogecoin Everyone could mine it, but everyone could also mine hundreds of other coins during that period, including dogecoin which was wildly profitable for a while. Pandacoin is a nice coin, but saying that there's a good distribution is a lie really. The early miners were only a few guys who got lucky when the devs announced the switch to PoS.
