Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Nobody absolutely nobody can guarantee you that Bitcoin would last more than 10-20 years.
Next, 4-5 years seem bright though, can't say if a better alternative pops up then.

US does not represent the whole world, and price crash does not mean end of bitcoin

Are you from US? If yes, then please come out of multiple bubbles like "US is the world" "Us decides the future of world" "US will save the world"

Well,

USA can ban its use at least in USA... and that will have a big impact overall. However I don't think it will happen. As said already it doesn't look like it will last long since mining will be an overhead. It is already at a point where investment vs rewards is at barely making a break even.

Bitcoins definitely roll out for next few years and then settle as a grand asset.

Meantime, alt coins come up and go down between.

If trading stops,

If mining stops,

If [Suspicious link removed]tops,

Bitcoin would be no more.

I dont think it will have a future after all mining is stopped.

No reason for all miners to stop. So far the difficulty is steadily increasing, it mean mining popularity increases
