Out of the three you chose, obviously, the best one is by far Binance. Forkdelta is a decentralized Exchange, while Bancor a new Exchange who works with the Ethereum Smart Contracts and so you can have a lot of fees.

Decentralized exchanges such as forkdelta, IDEX unlike others take low commissions for operations, but they have small volumes of trades and low prices for coins, and this is a big minus. Also, forkdelta has an uncomfortable interface, so it has more minuses than binance or bancor

   I found the user experience  with fork delta very smooth, fees very reasonable. binance fees are a joke. I've never used bancor.

I use binance and forkdelta and for bancor I am not use that till now. From my experience the two of that exchange have different benefit. Usually I used forkdelta for the token which just listed and not have high volume. For binance I used that for the token or coin which have high volume.

I never try to use the two aside from binance because usually the coin I received is listed on hitbtc. What I can say to binance is that the transaction fee is more cheaper and it is fast to process though it has limited withdrawals for unverified accounts but it does not a problem to me. It is good for high volume coin that used to be trade.

Personally I use Binance and I am very happy. Everything is quite clear and convenient. I think they have quite good protection. The only point is the requirements of personal data. I do not know how bad it is that Binance does not require personal data, but I do not worry much about it.

If you notice that every exchange moves differently right? So we can't say best but from the user's perspective if they are satisfied with the exchanger service then they say it's good but if they experience bad they say it's bad so better to try it yourself and find out.

I am used to wearing binance but if the crypto I have is just listed in the bancor it does not matter. because bancor I think is a good exchange. but not for folkdelta, I guess I will not use it for my own reasons.

In this comparison there is only one decentralized exchange, I definitely can not say what exactly is bancor, because now there are a lot of different exchanges that position themselves as decentralized, I understand that this is just a place where you can exchange something.

Binance exchange is more good market compared to tjat forkdelta and bancor mate,  as we know that there are a lot of good coins listed in Binance that forkdelta which is only tradable all altcoins with erc20 token base while binance has more kinds of coin in a different currency of coin.

if best of course binance and I also love to trade there and binends also have large trading volumes and binends enter the top 5 best exchanges,and i think binance is user friendly and easy to use, for bancor I have never traded there might try it and frokdelta I think is difficult.

If you want to trade only on 1 exchange then I will disappoint you. You will have to register for many because each coin can only be traded on 1-2 exchanges, and not always the most popular ones. Also, between exchanges, the price of the same coin may also vary, depending on the volume of trades and the number of participants.
