I believe the primary reason that people who run these sorts of services discourage this behavior is because their potential customers see others doing it and rightly believe that their chances of success are reduced. The resulting culture of system gaming leads to a swifter collapse of the Ponzi scheme and the system itself and its promoter gets a bad reputation.
