This is not a regrettable action if bitcoins price will stable due to the low value of bitcoin futures on CME this will have a positive impact on bitcoin. This would mean that people could buy more bitcoins at a lower value without fearing tremendous downfall of value. This could also mean that the whales will have no choice but to sell their coins and the masses will buy it. This could lead into a mass distribution of bitcoin and this could mean that no more dumps in the market since the whales will have only less bitcoin. With this trend the future of bitcoin will have no choice but just to go up in value.

Bitcoin is not that fragile, and Futures have low volume compared to BTC.

If you Bitcoin can't survive being listed as a future, well, sell it then.

Bitcoin has survived many death attempts already.
Bitcoin will keep up growing wildly without a central planner.

I agree with you, Bitcoin alone will stand in case all other altcoin will be 'dead Zero' (but I'm not hopping it to happen), Bitcoin will be the last standing on all exchanges, I bet you that, Bitcoin will survive and be used in further more like Fiat.

Bitcoin is not going to die.
If bitcoin dies, then all altcoin will lose their value, which is also a nightmare for the whale.

A high-yielding currency, a lower transaction fee than Bitcoin will appear? This money will replace Bitcoin? In fact, Bitcoin will be defeated when the economic benefits are no longer good. For management purposes and economic benefits, the idea of issuing a UN-backed global currency is under review. But in the next five years, the author believes that this will remain an idea on paper. When your competitors compete with Bitcoin, the bitcoin will collapse.

I do not agree with you, bitcoin will always be more advanced and widely used to transact trading and price will increase higher and will really be the currency of the future.

you have a point mate, this is now a growing business considering how huge the money flowing in the cryptomarket. If this will end those businessman and investors will not want that to happen. Indeed, They will use all their leverage to keep this going.

In the future there will be a lot of money to increase strength, and maybe the opponent beat Bitcoin. But does this mean that Bitcoin will survive, not have anything to destroy Bitcoin? Bitcoin is profitable for investors. They will still care about it and promote its development.

If the CME keeps the price at a low lines, do you think the Bitcoin market at other exchanges has no effect on the price?

This is not a regrettable action if bitcoins price will stable due to the low value of bitcoin futures on CME this will have a positive impact on bitcoin. I would be agree with how this will makes those distribution going to all the people, not only dominating by few whales who controlling the price.

How exactly does it destroy Bitcoin? I look at it as dipping one's toes into the market. It's also a fairly common sentiment that futures trading legitimizes Bitcoin in a sense. Some banks are even talking about opening up trading desks, which would be the natural next step.

What's for sure is that interest in Bitcoin is only growing, and I think that at the very least, Bitcoin futures help growth on that end.

bitcoin is still a very complex system for investment. I think that it will be much easier with time and such questions will cease to arise

I think it's as unlikely as possible. I think that over time, this market will become much easier and more profitable than at the moment

I think that's unlikely to happen, since the demand for bitcoin is increasing, and it's becoming increasingly popular, so I'm sure bitcoin will not die and I think bitcoin will continue to grow in the future hybrid.
