Actually it was my first time to gamble online so I really don't know what's the difference between using crypto over fiat but I think crypto is more convenient because of its feature of being anonymity and since I am from the third world country that doesn't have credit card it would be hard for me to gamble using fiat when I stumble upon bitcoin  I was really amaze how easy to use it and how easy for me to buy anytime I want.

That was right, using cryptocurrency in gambling is much more convenient rather than you use fiat in gambling. Instead of moving to other places to go to casinos you can easily be doing that at your home. I'm not gambling lover but sometimes if I have an extra bitcoin I open my gambling site account and play dice it is really easy to gamble just deposit your digital money and you can start gambling.
It has a big effect on the price on the market if many people purchase crypto to use in gamble it means it has a more demand for bitcoin and makes it expensive.

Of course in every case there are positive and negative sides. Although cryptocurrencies make gambling easier to do, the possibility of becoming an addict, even from home, will be more widely open.

First comes morals before technology. Of course gambling can lead to a person becoming poor and in debt but that was their choice to gamble. Nobody forces others to gamble. If you fall into a temptation to make a mistake then you are the one to blame not the casino. In another sense it is a business method for the casino owners. They run a good business from it and also the investors of the casino and affiliate marketers.

Those who dont get themselves addicted to gambling are well to do. If you are cunning enough to be one of them then you are a diplomatic winner different from the rest of the general population.

I think so. I mean there are some overlaps for sure, some people who gambled with regular fiat currency also started to move to crypto currency to gamble, that is for sure however I think people like me who never gambled with fiat currency in their life also started to gamble thanks to bitcoin (because of bitcoin? ) Hence I think even tho there is an overlap between the two types, the number increased considerably because of people like me.

Not sure the number is too big to actually make a dent in casino business because they are making billions of dollars each year but places like primedice has been around forever and have been making a bank without any brick and mortar place, just a website.

I personally have my own reasons why online crypto gambling is increasing and more popular, it is also evident from some gambling players that I know they are switch to crypto gambling because in my view, online gambling with fiat is still insecure especially those in their countries prohibit gambling. So with the ban, online gambling using cryptocurrency in my opinion would be safer and would certainly make players comfortable until online gambling with crypto continues to increase.

That is because people are slow in accepting new things even when those things are good for them. I can't believe that most gamblers are still playing on sites where games are not provably fair, and yet this is the situation we have in gambling world currently.

I think that most of the cryptocurrency investors are aware of the fact that trying to make money with gambling is a very bad idea. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, and not as a way to make money, and fortunately only small percentage of gamblers don't understand this. Crypto investors may gamble with some coins, but mostly for the fun of it. They can't think of gambling as of high return and high risk investment, because they know that gambling is not an investment at all.
