To be honest, I had been here several times before I actually registered. The catalyst to my registration was a faucet HYIP, or ponzi or whatever it was (I am not really good at all of the proper terms) doing a cross-promotion where members posting their payment confirmations were given a bonus.. Needless to say, while I did defend them for a week or two, after the admin scammed everyone using the site and running with the money, I felt bad for defending them in the first place and have been stuck here since, but since I fall under a number of red-flags on how to spot a scammer, including the use of my pen-name in all of the usernames that I generally use, I have not bothered to try buying or selling anything or even really venture outside of Investor-Based Games until today..

Not sure if it's still here, but quite some time ago there was this video with hidden clues in it. I forgot what its called but if you saw a secret clue you type it in and you unlock his brainwallet with bitcoins in it. Noone could find the hardest one so I was brought to this thread to discuss it. (If anyone knows the original link to the thread please tell me!)

Local forum really helps because we can shared some new ideas with our fellow countrymen. Me too, I first tried at our local forum when Im new to bitcoin. Then later on when I entered here, local section is the first one that I find and yes good output from their suggestion.

Sadly some people think that posting in local section is spam. Like my friend got banned in the past for doing most of his post in local but his post is really helpful although wrote it in tagalog-english combination but if it will translate in pure english, its really a super constructive post than any other bullish post in english here.

Since finishing my physics degree I had always wanted to dive deep into the world of cryptocurrency; I found out from a friend that this is the forum to go to and he also provided me with a few useful links for me to learn from. I am considering a postgrad degree in the future related to this field, outside my time for bitcoin I am also job hunting and I also stream a lot of video games; I made a thread in off-topic about this.
