If i don't sell all shares no problem, you'll have what you paid for, i'll get unselled shares.
If all member are right to be public buyer, when all shares are buyed or when i receive the miner i'll publish.

However I feel compelled to clarify the following plot twist:

If I read this correctly, you want to pleasure Achtung82 but won't issue him a refund, and will in fact re-sell his "paid for" shares to someone else at a cut rate for BTC.

You will then go on to re-sell those shares in perpetuity because you only "give refound to my real friends that pay me with CASH not bitcoin".


Is this the case? I need to know before the tangential possibilities begin to haunt me
