why you did not contact them through the support ticket, I have experienced the same thing but everything is fine and processed despite getting a long time, but I see they always respond to their user's complaint

I never used them so I cant tell you anything about my experience with them. It's the first time I hear anyone calling them a scam though. I would suggest you to contact their support team, and try to understand what is happening. If they end up not responding, giving you some bad excuse or simply closing your account without any valid reasons, then you should update this thread and probably open a scam accusation in the forum with your case and all the proof you've gathered.

Have you tried getting into contact with support? You should probably try doing that before accusing them of scamming. Just to be clear, I'm not defending them, I just think you should try to work it out first. And well, if you've tried everything and they were of no help at all, you could also try asking for support in their official thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=378827They do seem to have plenty of scam accusations though. Maybe someone should try filing an official complaint to authorities. |

HITBTC may take a loooong time to answer support tickets but they always do it. I had a few issues with them and they always replied. Depositing coins is not instant because blockchain confirmations may take more or less time. Could you please write the exact date and time when you shoot a support ticket to them? |

I had an issue sometimes on the site, but after sending them a tweet, receive a response, and it was sorted out from the support section, they tends to have good feedback.

Before using any exchange please make sure to take your time and do the proper research, if don't you could get burned. Thing with hit btc is that they give you nice percent of their affiliate program and this is why you see links all over the place that will advertise them where you will feel confident that they are good and reputable exchange, specially when you look at their UI. However I do not belive that they are actually scammers but their system and support can act slow and thus bring the reason behind this. Alway check because people pit these affiliate links because they want to earn money and not because th service is among the best once out there.

Probably you transferred coins, which are not serviced there anymore.
Or not that token, very much with the same names, but the address of the contract is different.
Support answers, there was only one joint behind them. And sometimes the exchange slows down.
But I did not see anything strange.

Well... some of exchange have all the same issue just like you... do you think that they can handle all that situation in one day? or the other day... i think it will be far to orderly give you feedback because of thousands of using their platform and the same problem... if you just wait or the support ticket they talking about... but as long as you have a proof that you owns the coins transaction no need to worry about that. |

Just before depositing with that HitBtc you will already know it is a scam.
What trading sites do take from their users coins from just depositing it? Who is going to make a trade with something like that? They are robbing us right before we even enter the trade. That is BS.
That should have been taken down long long ago. Never used that site even once when I saw that. I am not a fool to be robbed in my entry, I would rather go to another one.

There should be a mistake, I have used hitbtc for over half a year and I had no problems using their exchange-regarding withdrawing and depositing coins, it all went smooth. The only thing that I don't like is that some coins cannot be trade in tenths. it available to trade on hundredths.

You are too quick to raise this kind of alarm. Hitbtc is doing system maintenance which is well displayed in their site. It is not only Hitbtc even idex is on system maintenance for about a week now. |
