Is it a really huge conference or kind of a local meeting? I don't know why they choose Estonia, not London or Berlin

An average meeting, it's about 100 specialists over there as I know. Nevertheless it's nice visiting such meetings, sometimes they could be more progressive than a massive conferences where nobody would hear you asking questions.

In half of cases, some huge project has their code opened on GitHub or somewhere else. Still lot of bad projects are hiding their code. But it's not a 100% correlation anyway
Anyway it's a good move to let people look on your project from inside, see the structure and how it works

I think it depends on the information on the current site. The company should provide the site admins with more info if they want a higher rating. But I'm not sure for 100%, it may be also some overall score
