They are advising (sic!) about almost everything — listings, token price, the conferences and meetups that team should or shouldn't visit. Also lot of people are keeping an eye on advisors and following the project that they are working with so it's a good way to get more clients and loyal members of community

Exactly. They're helping finding a ways to develop the project in society and guiding the development team at some complicated questions

Why the project need pre-ICO before the ICO?

They are looking for business angels, it's a person who's supporting the project from the beginning. That's necessary stage of development for lot of companies when the volume of requested resources are higher than the capacity of the founders but it's still not enough to attract the biggest funds. In two words — a guys investing into the project to help it go on developing till they reach the level when they can be supported by huge whales

So the main point is to find some more support to speed up the project development and make a step to a new level of development and investitions? That make sense
I've read that pre-ICO is always a hard way to find a first investors

It's always hard finding a first investors but then it's like a snowball - the longer the run, the more investors you got. And nowadays a lot of projects run a pre-ICO

Do you mean a pre-ICO tokens amount? You can see that info on the opening post right at the end:

110,000,000 ALEs for sale

77% Sale during the ICO

I've read the article and it seems to me the project is in the beginning of its run, some things are still being discussed and the whole concept isn't locked, can change during the development. Am I right?

I beleive at least 80% of all project have the same situation — you never knows where the project would come at the end. i saw a couple of projects when they been starting from one idea but now they're working with something totally different. And it works! Smiley
