As I know the token will be available right after the sale but I'm not 100% sure, some project keeps their tokens prohibited to be trade in a couple of months agter the ICO, I think its connected with a pump and dump or something

We'll have two kind of blockchain: the basic one that contains whole ratings, sertificates of the users, full info about everybody. The second one is embedded blockchain. It's a type of blockchain that are relied to customer, freelancer and their verefication agent(s) only and the customer (whom hire the freelancer) is free to set the volume of information which are acessed by the hired worker and agent. Of cause the volume should be enough for the job been done.
