Maybe many of you forgot to look up, after MUCH homework i was finally able to verify the legitimacy of this company <- using that word lightly (guy selling things) The original post was edited as i cannot find a way to take it down.

This is the internet man.  You wont find business records for 1/2 the stuff online.  For example my company infinifire freelance web development is a sole proprietorship and thus needs no business license nor registration of any kind so it wont be there to find.  I've also done sales sites use to run a remote control airplane site selling stuff and that was registered but only because of tax implications and not all areas require that.  Mostly only someone with a large scale setup will have business license etc all that setup for corporation etc is expensive and most us guys are just doing this as a side thing etc.  Doesn't mean jack about if they are honest.
