Do you have something like technical support in case of controversies using the Interface app? How quickly and objectively do you solve questions?
There is a special form. Fill in the email, subject, the problem description and send it. How quickly you will get an answer - I don't know, but I think within 24 hours.  We provide a decentralized platform for users to find and video call with Experts using cryptocurrency payments. We don't have any means to resolve disputes and we provide ample warning of this to the Caller prior to each call. As a Caller, you have: - the ability to view an Expert's profile and research them online - the first 30 seconds of call time to talk to the Expert for free (soon to be extended to 1 minute) - the ability to hang up any time in the first 15 mins and incur only a fee for 15 mins - the ability to give the Expert a low rating after the call Given these reasonable precautions/actions and the subjective nature of two humans conversing, we do not provide any other recourse for Callers. We do offer technical support for technical issues and generally respond the same day. |

Moreover, I don't think that controversial situations will often occur, because experts will try for the sake of a high rating and will be interested in resolving any dispute. |

I see an ever-growing number of experts on the platform. As I understand it, are all those who have consulted at least once? And this number is growing fast enough, already almost 50 000 EXPERTS. So, users are even more.

It is likely that 20 percent were not even registered as experts. So, we can assume 70,000 users on the platform. This is colossal  |

I've heard about a billion, but I think active users will be less - just about a million or several million.  |

His rating in this case will fall dramatically and he will no longer be able to use the platform. There is not the slightest point in using the Interface application for the purpose of cheating. It will be stopped immediately, and you will not get any profit from it. It is easy enough to use it for its intended purpose |

Oh sure. The application is freely available. Download, register, specify the scope of your competence and work. All the earned tokens you can change later, when the token is listed on the exchange |

Yes, an excellent system. This is very prudent, a special thanks to the developers for their really painstaking and pedantic approach to development. This allowed them to successfully launch the application. |

Yes, an excellent system. This is very prudent, a special thanks to the developers for their really painstaking and pedantic approach to development. This allowed them to successfully launch the application. I didnt doubt their professionalism. I read about their experience, and it's incredible. Each of the team members has achieved some success in their field.  |
