I haven't seen a single project that looks like this one. I don't think there are competitors. No, there is no exact competition for this application. There are similar services, but there is no such a thoughtful system of payment, search, and communication with experts anywhere. In addition, if it is on the blockchain - then all calls are completely protected from any strangers. This is just as important. |

Yeah, you're right, but what about customer support or issues resolving? Whom can I contact in case of dispute with expert or if failure of the application occurs? |

Blockchain is a method of struggle. Even if there are competitors - they dont have blockchain, their application doesn't work correctly. Here we have an incredibly thought-out system where developers have already thought out almost any problem that may arise and tried to solve it already in the beta version of the application. It deserves respect. |

Since our app is geared towards ordinary consumers who have no knowledge of crypto, we wanted to reduce friction so we built a wallet right into the app. We call is WHEN Wallet...it's generated on the user's phone and the user is asked to save the mnemonic. Immediately, 500 WHEN tokens are deposited into the wallet so that the user can start making calls right away. The smart contract has special protections (source code at link above) so the signup tokens can only be used for calling Experts. They cannot be transferred out. Once they are used to pay an Expert, he/she can transfer them out. This is all logic built into the smart contract. I'll go dig up the App Store and Play Store analytics and stick them in a blog post...probably good for PR anyway. But, rest assured, if we post a stat, it is very real. We have hard-earned reputations and we are not about to squander them by posting untrue information. Thanks for listening (er...reading). |
