We have Twitter posts daily, a blog post once or twice a week, Telegram posts many times a day, and an actual app release approximately every 2-3 weeks.

Is the system malfunctioning?

It's blockchain. Nothing happens instantaneously and you have to give it some time. In particular this week since some idiot launched a marketing campaign that has caused the entire Ethereum blockchain transactions to be slowed down, things are taking longer.

A good rule of thumb when dealing with platforms that are working at scale is to assume that the system is OK and there is an issue closer to the device (network connection, OS issue, app issue etc.).
