In a market with potentials of profit or making money, it is only normal for there to be the fakes that wanna strip you of your money and make themselve richer and the real that are really concerned with creating value and delivering its promises. So as an investor, it is your duty to be able to carefully study the market and seperate the fakes from the real with indepth research and deep analysis before investing or parting away your money.

Most ICOs are held to let founders make money.
You should do your own research and look for reliable information on icobench, icodrops etc.

You should be cautious when investing in ICOs. ICOs are full of pitfalls. You can easily fall into the trap when you are not careful.

I think that the vast majority of ICOs is scam. Therefore, you need to be as careful as possible when choosing a project for investment.

Not all ICO is fraud, but there is a lot of scam - you have to be careful. There are sites that collect a rating of promising projects, for example, ICO Drops - you need to listen to such sites, then you are unlikely to lose your money.

NO, ICO is not secure to invest, and not all the ICO is scam either. In order to be successful when investing in ICO, have to choose it very wisely. Unfortunately most of the ICO are not good either because it is a scam project or launched too early and not good enough to conquer in the competitive market.

It's not secure and I don't think it can until there's regulations in place,  the rate at which new Ico are coming up each day is quite alarming, majority of them are scam, so it's better to do good research about Ico you wanna buy

In my opinion ICOs are definitely not secure and people tend to lose more than win if they invest blindly or following suggestions from unknown people who got nothing to lose.

You should always study a lot and count on the experience of other people who got something to lose in case of failure. Some pools like cryptowhalespool.org can be a good start for such new investors.

You should check and evaluate it your self before investing. There are a lot of scam ICOs, so you should do your own home work before investing in any ICOs. Even ICOs that have a good white paper and a credible team sometimes lack in competence after a successful ICO.

Everything depends on the ICO project you need to get acquainted with the perspectives that the organization offers ...

Deceptive ICO is now a lot, but there are also some teams that are really doing ICO projects, which requires us to analyze, to understand the project Caixing, not all ICOs are false, just fake projects too Many, covered our eyes! However, the real thing will eventually overcome these false items!

Need to rephrase. ICO is a good method for scam, but among them there are promising investment projects, which can be very profitable. It is important to find these projects.

The ICO is very ok if you find a good one. if you have been following ICO you will discover many ICO do not make soft cap not to talk about reaching hardcap and some that made hardcap are trading below ICO price while some ICO are locking their token for a period of time to prevent massive dump of the token. However if you are planning of investing in ICO I will advise you to invest in anyone with working product because those one are not likely to turn to scam. however I normally invest in token that are already listed in trading platform. mostly after massive dump. And I do follow well the roadmap. I currently did the same for NLX token which I bought at 0.00000412 per token and I sold it yesterday when the price went 0.00002000 on cryptopia. next is Zap  Grin. hoping for moon next few weeks.

Of course not. ICO is not a safe investment. If you understand the crypto currency and know how to analyze, then you will find a good project. But since you ask about this, you probably do not understand. I would not advise you to participate in ico. Compared with last year, there were more scammers

not all ICO secure and not all ICO scam my friend
if you can choose the best ICO project to invest, you will make huge profit
but, you need a lot of things to do, such as research, learn and know the team behind the project before decided to participated in ICO project  Wink
I agree with you. I just participated in SciDex’s community program. They are building a new marketspace for scientific data and their goal is to accelerate science. Has anyone else been following them yet?
