“Vegetarian” is defined as avoiding all animal flesh, including fish and poultry. Vegetarians who avoid flesh, but do eat animal products such as cheese, milk, and eggs, are ovo-lacto-vegetarians (ovo = egg; lacto = milk, cheese, etc.). The ranks of those who abstain from all animal products are rapidly growing; these people are referred to as pure vegetarians or vegans. Scientific research shows that health benefits increase as the amount of food from animal sources in the diet decreases, so vegan diets are the healthiest overall.

There are many benefit of vegetarian, like you will have a strong muscles an healthy body and being a vegetarian could avoid you from diseases, just have a balance diet and proper exercise everyday I assure you will have an Ideal body.

I think Veg is more beneficial to human body. Making a simple change in your diet can add few more years in your life. It has been proved by the Researches that people who eat meat have a short life span compared to the vegetarians. Meat also kills your energy and weak your immune system.

It is really prove that the life span of the old people is longer than the new generation today. Because of the mostly old people are  vegetarian, therefore the best benefit of being vegetarian is healthy and longer life.

One of the benefits of vegetarianism is that it promotes health and longevity. "Eating less fat as instructed by the US Department of Health and Nutrition is not likely to prevent serious illnesses.

As we all know, having a healthy BMI will increase your chances of staying healthy and staying longer, reducing the risk of developing various serious illnesses including heart disease, stroke, bone problems. Joints like osteoporosis, and countless cancers. And according to various studies, vegetarian BMIs always have lower mean scores than those who choose diets.

Non-insulin-dependent (adult-onset) diabetes can be better controlled and sometimes even eliminated through a low-fat, vegetarian diet along with regular exercise. Vegetarian diets have been shown to reduce one’s chances of forming kidney stones and gallstones.

Ofcourse meat products have higher protein content in them, but still A Vegan Diet Is Richer in Certain Nutrients.and not just that - vegetarian diet can also help you reduce weight. In one research study, a vegan diet helped participants lose 9.3 lbs (4.2 kg) more than a control diet over an 18-week study period (9).

Vegetarians Usually Have Low Cholesterol. There’s no health benefit, at all, to eating animal fat. It should come as no surprise that when you remove it from your diet, you will also remove the detrimental effects it has on your health life. After examining the long term effects of following a vegetarian diet, body fat, and cholesterol levels were lower in vegetarians than omnivores.

No one wants to have a migraine, the disease can be irritated by food. Most people with migraine are advised to include some stimulant, such as chocolate, cheese and wine. However, a group of researchers has found that diets from plants and low-fat diets can benefit patients. The study showed that 42 people with migraine were randomly assigned to either a vegetarian diet, or a placebo supplement for 26 weeks. The results show that vegetarians significantly reduce pain, as well as body weight and cholesterol levels.

Being a vegetarian is better than eating meat and any other kind of process food because natural eating benefits us good health and are immune system preventing many kind of diseases. Being a vegetarian is one of a very nice way of being a physically fit and physically healthy
