Move your molecule.conf to %APPDATA%\Molecule where the wallet.dat file is located.

Yes, you need your wallet running.

Where to get myuser and password? Where do I register?

You set it in molecule.conf. This is about solo mining.
If you meant pool mining, you should register on pool and there you will get your login credentials.

I'm running 3 cores with a speed around 100 khash/s/core and dont get any share yet.

Find you more shares? Is normal?

Running this minerd for a Quark pool I get a share every 25 min or so... With a higher difficult.

(I'm a full noob mining xD)

Yikes -- my client has switched back to showing 14242 estimated total blocks.  The only thing that would make this release awesomer is if the clients started randomly jumping between the two blockchains  Grin

Altcoin Uncertainty Principle: you can know either your wallet balance OR which blockchain you're on, but the more you know about one, the less you know about the other.

Mine too, switched back to showing 14242 estimated total blocks...

In solo mining you will not find any shares. You will find blocks.

And take a lot of time for get a block? In about 30 min I haven't get any

And, when I run and sync the wallet everything is OK, but around 20 min after, wallet switched back to showing 14242 estimated total blocks

No block source available. Pretty weak for an extremely premined coin.

No block source available. Pretty weak for an extremely premined coin.

The current coin isn't pre-mined.

The Pre-mined coin was the Pre-fork of Molecule which is turning into Atom(not yet released the new client), the Post-fork of Molecule will be called Molecule which is what is the current client on this thread, this has no pre-mine in essence and has had a high difficulty increase already. It was an error on the dev's side that created the two forks which he didn't intend. Originally, he wanted to correct the difficulty bug where it wasn't changing, but it ended up being he created a fork of his coin. Meaning all his pre-mined coin was on a different pre-fork of Molecule(Atom).

The Dev wanted to use the premined coins to pay for the block explorer and giveaways and such. According to him.

I was able to get 3 blocks in 5 minutes but that was it. I waited one more hour and switched back to another quark-based clone.
May be difficulty jumped high, but I was able to solo mine even at 300.

Honestly, there is very little effort put in this coin.

The website still has 'sample headline lorem ipsum' content on the frontpage. Really? Really really?
The website's official forum doesn't even work. Come on, how much effort is that..

Furthermore unlike the majority of wallets out there these days, there is no 'mine' button but you have to do all kinds of manual labour (complicated for average noob).
Secondly, the tutorial on the website is FAULTY. There is plainly wrong information provided how to start mining.

Example :
"go to console and type setgenerate=true".
This is wrong. As the (rather blurry, try to increase JPG quality or use PNG) screenshot shows it should be : setgenerate true. NO = sign.

Example 2:
Edit molecule.conf and add such and such lines.
1) It does not state where to put or find the molecule.conf
2) When put in the same directory as the client, and I use a copy-paste of your example (user/pass modified) Minerd gives an error that the ip/port is not reachable.

An extremely poor attempt at starting a coin, at best. How do you expect to gain popularity when you need to be computer-whiz to figure out how to mine a few coins? (It took me 2 minutes to get it working..but still...a tutorial that, when followed to the letter, does not let you mine coins is rather sad).

I think the developers behind this coin have no clue what they are doing. Sorry.

.conf goes in the %appdata%/roaming directory that all wallets create when you first launch them. This is also where the blockchain is stored.... First coin?
This does seem to be a pretty weak attempt at starting a currency.
Now can anyone tell me why theres no block source available?
