Me too - my actual payout was less than 10% of the estimated payout for the last round.  Can someone explain why this might be?

The "problem" is:

Pre-Last Block was about a million and the next only 100.000 ..

Therefore the estimates did not find, we were very lucky at first and not so lucky with the second block:

Well, I sure don't understand, estimated 21000, round went 300+percent, and I got NOTHING.  I'm really confused. Mined for days and days and got nothing....3300kh/s and I mine on another pool for one day and get 20k, here I get nothing, I'm really, really, really confused.

Are you sure you're mining at dogepool.NET ? There is also a pool with a similar name and there were confusions some times.

I've just checked your account on the pool (if the username is the same) and you current hashrate is 0, you submitted 0 shares and therefore also had no payout.

Check if your miner is really connected to pool/www.dogepool.net:4444 or us.dogepool.net:2222

currently my miners are all shutdown due to a power outage, but over the weekend they were mining away, I have gotten no doge since 2/1...

edit: nevermind, stupid kids changed the pools, I didn't notice, your pool is good to go!

okay, i see that, i can check again when your workers are back online, currently it looks like when the last transaction at 2/1 was made, no more shares were submitted, you account balance is fully paid out.

usually we should have found two blocks yesterday, but found only one, and this was also only around 500.000 DOGE.

It should flatten out over time, it has to do with luck an variance, especially with DOGE

I saw that we just found a larger 780.000 DOGE Block, now you're stats should match up as soon as the block is confirmed.

Its quite easy:

1. DOGE's Block size is variable between 1 and 999.999 DOGE. (at least now, it will be 1 to 499.999 in the near future when we hit block 100.000)

2. On a Prop Pool your shares are paid relative to the block size.


The more lucky the pool is, the more you get. You cannot do true estimates with DOGE because of this.

It also does not make a big difference if you're on a large or a small pool, it just takes a bit longer on small ones to find blocks.

Looks like we're getting a login attack.  I'm getting failed login attempts on the Dogepool on browser refreshes.  Looks similar to what happened a couple of weeks ago on the LiteCoin pool.

Yes, i just Checked the logs and there are again brute force hacking attempts.

Must be due to the price rise and the increases of miners.


There is not much for me todo but banning those ips, so please make sure You have a strong password and everything will be ok.

Also make sure to Not use the same password on several Pools.
