I've read Litecoin has excellent devs.  I'm also starting to wonder about Devcoin's potential in this department.

akumaburn from Goldcoin team is new dev force. Defence of 51% attack improved to defence of 75% attack probably. No other coin has this. Smiley Opponents still consider Goldcoin is scam.
