It will be a bad thing if a person does not have a backup for his investments or are investing more than they can afford to lose. If small investors get to invest, there can be possibility of profits but not that much because the capital is small. This is most probably the reason why the rich get richer because they can invest more and gain more than others can.

The challenge for an investment with a small starting capital is that how can it manage to have a bigger profit from time to time while being able to re-cycle the money to make another capital. First you have to hold for long to get huge profit from it. If you had invested huge capital, you will get more profit in short period .Based on the percentage of investment,you will get profit in hand.If you are beginning stage in trading, it is better to try with small capital. Small capital = small income, but we can't say having a big capital will be = to big income, it depends on how a person will manage his or her capital to make it grow, just imagine a street vendor selling ice juice and bread for almost five years and his stand became a small restaurant with a signage on the roof, and imagine a 5 star restaurant and now it becomes a bar/snack restaurant with small grocery inside.

Well, you have a point even you invest a little amount but make it sure you can be covered the fees on every transaction in cryptocurrency.
Exactly, huge capital makes you the huge profit you can choose more coins to invest that having a good potential not those cheap coins but most likely shitcoin. Small capital investors need patience so hopefully, you have that attitude.

Having a small capital to run a business isn't easy. We can't run a business on skill and determination alone. In running a business we have to align our investment with business goals.
