This is beyond a joke. I lost potential trades because they cannot fix their missing coins issues.

I know, I know... but the thing is I cannot help it because even though I am an absolute gentleman... I also happen to be a CheekyChappy after all:)

Yeah something fishy happened with me also today, I have a negative BTC balance now, and can't withdraw other coins until I deposit some BTC into my account... wtf.

I had a sell order done (and received the BTC for that) but still kept the coins due to a bug. However, manually audit the account / balance will fix it most of the time. Have you done that already? Hit the 'Audit my accounts' button at the top of the balances page.

{Curently quite inactive as I'm really busy in my private life. I will get back soon!}

Sorry to hear about your hassles, I really am.

I have already withdrawn some of my coins and am trying to get the rest out tonight.

The I will ask for my missing coins back, this caused me too much inconvenience and it is losing Cryptsy more customers in the long run as their reputation is going down the toilet

I know, I know... but the thing is I cannot help it because even though I am an absolute gentleman... I also happen to be a CheekyChappy after all:)

I'll stay stick into Cryptsy. How they are handling the problems is well, they are shortening the lists of tickets and added that 'Audit my accounts' button which solves many problems. I had a ticket solved in a few hours yesterday.

Have you that 'Audit my accounts' button to get your missing coins back? Buying and selling that particular coin did help me to "refresh" the balances too.

I used it, it showed nothing about my missing coins. Got my bitcoins out, just a few more to go then I will be rid of Cryptsy

How long did your withdrawal stay in pending status? I am trying to leave them and received the email which I confirmed, but the withdrawal is still in pending status...

My BTC balance at crptsy just showed up           -. 347666

If have noticed trading irregularities all day!
This is unacceptable. I am having to move all my coins out to my desktop and run the risk of it getting lost, stolen and damaged.

All because cryptsy is not to be trusted.  hope your balance is corrected soon

Now Cryptsy has paused trades for "maintenance" during a time where I could have easily traded the BTC/LTC pair to solve the problem of my negative balance... it's a very convenient for Cryptsy to pause at this time...

for this i choosed another soloution, i splitted my coins on my 3 differnt pc's, maybe you have more than one pc?

also you could send a part to vircurex, they are trustfull until today.
And some Bitcoins i send to Bitstamp.

try to splitt the risk as best as you can.
