Dear Crypsty user.
Sorry you had this issue. More than likely your negative balance is the result of you being allowed to overbuy or oversell a coin.To fix this and re-enable your withdraws you need to cover the difference buy buying, selling or depositing the amount you were allowed to oversell.
If this negative balance put your account into a frozen status reply to this ticket and agent will be along soon to review your account with you and get you trading again.
If you don’t think you were allowed to oversell or overbuy an agent will assist you with that as well simply reply to this ticket.
Thanks again for using Cryptsy.com
So ransom until you pay. Can't pay? They close the ticket. Wonderful.

Every time it has happened to me it is due to a delay between out going and incoming transactions - I realised what was going on after going over my transaction history and finding overall my account still balanced.
E.g. I sell 1BTC for LTC, I then receive the LTC but the BTC remains, I later trade the BTC again (not realising its the same BTC), then after that trade the BTC is deducted from both trades so I have -1BTC BUT the value of that BTC is in another coin so in fact I now have +1BTC of another coin to trade with until I convert back to BTC at which point my account balances. It works out better for us then cryptsy because in that time we have had extra coins to trade allowing you to gain a percentage on money you never had (assuming your making profit on your trades ;P).
