Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

updates please.

mullick is sorting the last part of the new chain then it will be ready to be downloaded

the swap over will start as soon as the swap over software is fully tested

still waiting on cryptsy to get back to me on when it will be back on there

I have agreed with jag that to end this argument and to stop it killing ADT

I will be leaving as soon as the swap over proses has swapped most of the coins

I will still be around making sure the rest of the swap over goes well

any remaining coins that have not been swapped after 12 months will be given back to the comunaty instead of the original plan of using them as a dev fund as I do not trust that jag wont sell them on cryptsy

We do not want anyone to leave.
God knows this coin is condensation of your effort.
Some arguments just are interesting anecdotes of the ADT history, and future is waiting for us.

The ADT swap cant start until the old chain is moving and everyone is on the correct network
The new client that fixes the latest issues on the old chain is here >

http://www.the-adt-forum.com/ADT-Windows-qt-v.5.3.zip

you will need to download the block chain again and make sure you are on the same chain as this block explorer >

( please do not send coins until you have confirmed you are on the right chain using the block explorer  )

http://altexplorer.info/chains/ADT/block_crawler.php

it might temporary say that its out of sync due to the fact a block has not been found in a while but it should sort itself Smiley

The new block chain is now nearly ready to go as well Smiley
