If ADT is totally fixed this is great work, tranz really does need to be rewarded well for this, a lot of people have mined and bought adt and were really looking forward to this fix.

ALso , Let's start getting moved over to a new coin design before this pos coin goes wrong again. Let's decide on the new coin design and perhaps tranz could be the official coin designer for it.

Zack do you have any idea which coin design the updated ADT should be based upon?

Thanks.

FYI you should be good on ADT now I think. No need to move chains. That is not ideal at all IMO.

I'm pretty sure I'm still on the wrong blockchain.  Anyone have any nodes for me connect to?

Stop client delete goto %appdata%/AndroidsToken
delete blk0001.dat, blkindex.dat, peers.dat, and database dir.

Restart..

I mentioned to Zackclark70 that they should use premine funds to pay for a checkpointing server. Can we have more than one as a fail safe and also a perm node?

No must only have 1. The CP server is good, but if used improperly it can really really foul things up.

A perm node is good idea. A few actually. Each with some coins, separated over a time frame to keep PoS forever moving.

100% going to get more hobo, mined quite a bit before . Also since we now know there are only 1 or 2 proper coin devs out there than can actually repair and update coins and not just copy and paste stuff. I will be watching any future coins that you bring out.

I hope you seriously got a decent reward for fixing this up. The last fix only lasted a couple of weeks and they got 500 MILLION coins. So if this really is fixed for good i hope you got some decent reward.

Do you really think this is fixed for good now?  i mean this coin has been broken so many times now. I heard the starcoin code was just a pretty bad base for a coin ?

I mean probably us normal folks who don't understand this super tech stuff won't really understand exactly ....but can you tell us in simple terms why you think we don't need to a more stable coin code?  why will this coin not break again in another few weeks?

I am sure there are other bugs in the code, every coin has them. This bug is not only in ADT, it has messed up other coins.  In fact it could effect HBN, even PPC I believe. Since I run a CP server (as does PPC), it will never show itself, but if I turned that off, there is a chance it could.

I think ADT is fine now. I actually like the PoS only coin. Great experiment. I will help out when I can if something goes wrong. But I can't fix and add every little thing. That is what HBN is for for me.

I will never release another coin. HBN is it for me. Any dev who says they can run multiple coins, is kidding themselves, or simply doesn't care about them.

OK, well thanks again Tranz for helping us out with this. ADT community is very lucky you helped us out. Let's hope ADT and HOBO have a very good future.

For anyone who maybe having trouble getting up and running I have uploaded the block chain

http://www.megafileupload.com/en/file/485646/ADT-BlockChain-1-5-13--After-Fix-rar.html

Just download this and unrar it over %appdata%/AndroidsToken

make sure to delete blk0001.dat, blkindex.dat, peers.dat, and database dir. first

Should help speed up the process.

You are one the right chain.

As far as Cryptsy. They need to get the new client and re-sync with the block chain, it should send out all pending transactions. Or at least credit them back to you. You will have to take that up with them.
