We all have seen how bitcoin crossed $20,000 in December . When do you think this will happen again?
I think no one knows when the price of BTC will grow to $ 20,000. We all hope that this will happen this year. Well it will happen i believe but probably not this year. I mean, if it does then i'll take it but looking at how 2018 has moved so far, i'm not too excited to have a 20k finish for 2018 It's quite possible to happen this year mate, but it there's a quick change in the market the surprise cannot be undone. Our hope here was the big whales for now, because thinking about profitable price it's not really good for this moment, and in reality only the small investors played a manipulative day tradings. If that's the scenario that we've always will be experiencing, no progress to grow in the next months until end of this year. Just stay updated and always hope for the further greener signs to uphold this year. |

it will happen sooner or later, but it is not going to be right now, the only thing that you can do is just to wait a little bit longer, but no more than a few years from now

That's still a question that is ticking in the minds of most people who really cares about bitcoin price or those who are on a short term investment. It may frustrate to see bitcoin touches down 6,000$ mark again, but we never really know that it will continue to step down or will make a strong push before this year ends breaking its highest recorded price last year.

Maybe we cannot always expect for the price of bitcoins to grow so much every end of the year so the best thing to do is just always hold your coins and wait for the highest price to come out before selling it again. |

That is the problem of many people here in the forum they see the price moving slightly upwards and out of it they imagine that we are going to see a bull market emerge and this is not the way things work, even the bull market at the end of the previous year was gaining strength for years and especially in that year, tell me have you seen any long term signs that a bull market is coming? Because I cannot see it. |

Yes that is only because of the bad news about the ETF postponement. Otherwise it was expected that after the approval of ETF bitcoin price will very soon reach to 20k, but unfortunately we are seeing a another dump in bitcoin price. |

1) Self-Custody is a right. Maybe this could be achievable but the market seems not yet finish with the bloodbath and this will take enough time for the market to recover. Let's just be patient to wait for the bull run and don't hesitate to invest while the price is much cheaper as this will bounce back soon. |

With the current bitcoin price, I think it will be very difficult prices to pass $20,000 in December Simple bitcoin was no longer as attractive as last year, the new cash flow is not much, and it is too easily manipulated. |
