Does anybody know why BTC is falling like a rock within last hours?

If there any specific reason or just a normal correction?

every situation in the market is normal and temporary which is it will stabilize again after it gained enough strength and will continue to bullish and touch down new ATH, so no need to worry if it falls like a rock 'cause surely it will soar again and again that is the fact after the worst situation . So just relax and put more patience on it.

This is the common fluctuation,so need to worry for that.Now the bitcoin price had positive move.Bitcoin price had reached to 8300$,may be tomorrow the price will get back to 9000$ .I was holding for the 10,000$,it was my long term desire.Why don't you hold your coins till the raise.

Also SEC's extra involvement in ICO conduction is creating a FUD that regulations may follow. Volume has decreased significantly because all the big traders aren't ready to enter the market in this situation.

Well, I have not heard any negative news about yet, so believe it is a normal market correction that use to happen and with time it will bounce back to above $9,000 no doubt.

This is normal fluctuation in Crypto market again market it is slowly growing. Bitcoin is the decentralised platform so we don't predict the future possibilities of this coin. It will going to pump and dump both are happening in anytime. So we should think positive it will help to future journey.

Relax guys this is the very nature of Bitcoin. We have seen growth in the past months or weeks now the volatility is kicking in this is just part of the game just play safely

right now the bitcoin has started to move pumping the price. so if my suggestion is better keep your bitcoin to be made long term because with time not long bitcoin it will surprise us

Do you mind sharing a link to the "bad news"? I have yet to see negative news that could tank the price. All I've read for the past couple of days are either bullish articles or bearish articles (oh, and the usual FUD), nothing relevant that can explain the current state of the market.

I think we shouldn't try to pinpoint an specific reason (in this case, news) for the current downtrend, this happens all the time in the market, and 99% of the time we'll never know what exactly is the cause of such drops.

This is called volatility nothing to worry about,  it might catch up the 10k price by the end of this month of May. It has been long enough that the price was rising now we face the down trend but i dont think this is going to last long anyway- the falling of price. It will recover soon.

Whenever I see this type of post the price of bitcoin drops for days, and the possible reason for the decline of bitcoin price? the regulations, these regulations that are happening in many countries are creating fear in people, they are restricting the exchange and this is everything that causes the price does not increase because it has no demand. Well this is just my opinion, I may be wrong.

There is no support/buyers for Bitcoin at $10,000. it is the "panic price" for traders cartel/gamblers since buyers at $6,000 will sell Bitcoin.

Not sure why the price fell below the daily average and weekly average. I assume demand is increasing on a weekly basis and I'm willing to wait-out any crash, therefore I'm buying very aggressively right now.

There is no support/buyers for Bitcoin at $10,000. it is the "panic price" for traders cartel/gamblers since buyers at $6,000 will sell Bitcoin.  

Indeed. If bitcoin breaks $10k and holds, I expect it will be from a gradual increase instead of a sharp spike, since the market first has to absorb the volume from investors who plan to dump at $10k.

There is no specific correction in any cryptocurrency the movements of bitcoin's value will be in the hand of the investors of it which is us. If the value decreases and we decide to sell it down for sure the value will decrease more so we should think first before we do anything because it affects.

Yeah, and that's why crypto community will always tells us to hodl if we see the market is becoming red. Also, FUDs and FOMOs can also give the price movement affect its value. So, if we see a red market it's also our opportunity to buy some coins because we know sooner or later price will definitely increased.

Nearly 1000$ variation in bitcoin price compared to few days back price.In a week the price correction will occur and the price of bitcoin reach 10,000$.To avoid loss in such interval,you have to hold the bitcoin.Only if you need money for emergencies,sell the bitcoin.Or else just hold it .

Indeed, Holding on to bitcoin at the moment is the best thing anyone can do at the moment and i am sure bitcoin will regain it's value like it did in the past, but panic selling bitcoin during the correction makes more damage to the fragile market.

Bitcoin must hit at last 15k usd in this-next month. I mean in May-June. Just some bad people want to dump with negative news spreading fuds (like Bill gates), but they cant. Most of people believe in BTC big future and investing.

And it will probably recover anyways. I'm just a bit wary of the mtgox selloff since it may cause a panic slide that can drag btc quite lower but since i'm just observing any current happenings, i'm not too worried. And btc eventually will still recover

Its not that easy to hold bitcoin particular on those investors who has no other sources of income especially those retired from their job and the only source of income was cryptocurrency. I am always confident like you that bitcoin will be gaining the price value again to the profitable digits, but for now we should wait and keep calm while the volatile market still happening due to corrections which was due to panic sellers whom always made price much worst to spike up. Just hope and be confident that we will still survive until bitcoin will recover its momentum again.

I fell asleep and it turns out bitcoin prices are sufficiently corrected. If seen then almost all the market has a negative position. Yes bitcoin prices seem to be experiencing waves, prices are rising and falling. It is unpredictable in which way the bitcoin will move. It all depends on what we do and remember that do not ever panic sell, because it will actually make the price worse off. Buy and use hold bitcoin because it will increase the bitcoin price stably.

The price is really going better from a few months and the price will be better after the mid of the year as happened the last few years so this year the same will happen. he is totally wrong that the price of bitcoin is falling like a rock as the rock immediately touch the ground while the price of bitcoin is still much better than the price of it in the previous few months.

I'm sure that you have heard them off. The effect of it stays until today and I'm talking about Bill Gates and Buffett. There's another one about Gate's company but I don't think it has an impact as I don't know if someone here is using bing.
However there are good news out there despite of the bad outcome the market is showing, these good news seems to have no effect.

We cant do anything about that, there are some issues cryptos are facing now..just like the banning ussue in india. The low price will not last until forever. In time and in not to long, we will be able to.see it recovering it's good.state price. We habe experience this before and we know that it will recover again.
