MTGOX dead or broke or ...... ?

I have mailed mtgox serval times and opened tickets trow the web portal, but still no resons !

Are they broke or dead ?

I have requeste a deposit to my account i did not get any money ?
Are you broke or dead ?

Why don’t you respond ?


I demand that i get my money one way or the other:


1.   You pay me euro with in 1 or 2 days to my bank account
2.   You put euro’s back in my account so i can by bitcoins en transfer the mto my wallet!
3.   I don’t want to think about option 3

The big question if they so "bad"  why do they still have a bitcoin foundation gold status

No they're just complacent and the owners are way gone on permanent vacation. Too rich.

Broke? With the amount they make each day? Just do some simple math and see on what mountain of cash they sit.
They are just incompetent , nothing more , and it seems they will stay so until the end.
